Beef up a bit during the holidays? Well, join the crowd! I'm still looking for the book entitled "losing weight is easy and fun"! So far, no luck.
My plan? I use a Fitbit to keep track and record the calories I burn daily. The app also allows me to calculate and record calories consumed by posting that information from food labels. If I burn 500 more calories daily than I consume, I lose a pound of weight every week . . . Easy Peasy!
According to my calculations, I should already have lost most of the weight I gained over the holidays. The problem is the third component of the plan, THE SCALE. It tells a different story. I know the Fitbit is working correctly, sooo, I plan to buy a new scale. - Problem solved!
