Good Morning Everyone!

It's been a cold, snowy and long winter so far. Some might call that "Normal"! I call it treacherous! Shoveling and scraping the ice off the driveway is real work. That used to be boring and time-consuming. But today, at our age, I call it "life-threatening"

How am I doing so far? . . . I'm trying to get Joan to let me hire someone to do the job.  The problem is that every time I tell her how much it will cost, she applies for the job! So maybe I should just hire her. Who knows, if it works out, I know a few neighbors who might sign up . . . Hey! I may be on to something!

Good Morning Everyone!

Having fun and saving money. Can't beat that!

It looks like most of us are in for an increase in snow cover this week. Predictions are for 6 to 12 inches of inconvenient white fluffy stuff. Inflation is another inconvenience that is currently piling up. I thought to ease the pain; this Ski lift option would be the perfect opportunity for club members who ski to save money and enjoy the snow. (full disclosure . . . I don't ski)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I guess!

Really! Happy Valentine's Day! Oh!. . and Happy Birthday to Dick Burns and Karen Reibetanz. Both born on the same day . . . ain't that sweet!!! Lots to celebrate today, and it looks like the weather will be cooperative in all our locations (I checked)! I hope everyone has a fun day!

Our dues implementation has been a great success. Over 90% of our members have agreed to "pitch-in" so far. There's still time. Get your check or commitment to Sharon by Saturday, Feb 18, to stay engaged. If nothing is heard from you by Friday, this will be your last Turntable. Email [email protected] or send a check.

Good Morning Everyone!

I'm pretty sure you know the guy with the baseball bat is not me. As you may know, I find "hats" to be quite unbecoming. Time, however, is passing fast, and while we have not yet received dues from all members, the deadline for dues is (Feb 15), and we are quickly approaching that date.
Dues are $50 per year.

I'm asking Sharon to send a list of those who have not paid by Friday, Feb 11th. Then, I will personally contact those whose dues remain outstanding.
