Sorry, it's been a hectic week, and I have had little time to find the pictures of our Pinecrest Historical Museum visit. I'll give it a shot next week. We also have an article pending from Skip and a trip Dale wants to get posted.
Joan & I just got back from a trip to Manitowoc for "her" 60th class reunion. She graduated from Lutheran HS in 1961. So how did I get to marry someone like Joan? Just dumb luck, I guess! Well, it worked, and we are in our 58th year of marriage. Interestingly we still talk to each other and everything!
Did you know that the original Pizza Garden has been revived? It's on 8th street (north side) just down the street from Bernstein's . . . (on the other side of the street) Their advertisement says "Established 1959". They tell me they are using the same recipes. The pizza is GREAT!
