We have a choice . . . either figure a way to make the world TALK LOUDER or find a way to HEAR BETTER!
Interestingly I've found that hearing aids aren't as obtrusive or difficult to operate as they once were. Expensive? Oh my God!!! Go to any "get your hearing checked free" store and you find you can get "state of the art" hearing aids for approximately $2500. So you think . . . it's not the end of the world! That is until you see . . (lightly printed under the .00 . . . "EACH") OMG! That's $5,000!!! WHAT? WHAT? . .
I'm beginning to like that word.
Well I'm going to have my hearing tested - Who knows, maybe my hearing will check out just fine. What did you say? . . . "Take Care"? or "Take my car"??? OH WHATEVER, I'LL TAKE BOTH!!!
