The Coachmen's Turntable 09/28/2026

Good Morning Everyone!

Hi Everyone! Get ready to mark your calendars—we are heading to beautiful

Lake Geneva for our Summer 2027 Coachmen Outing!

To lock in our group contract and secure these exceptional rates, I need a little input from everyone. Here are the details and what you need to know to get ready for a great trip:

Outing Dates: July 20, 21, & 22 / 2027

Room Choices & Group Rates: We’ve negotiated fantastic pricing for our group, available in both King and 2-Queen configurations:

Parkview Rooms: $160 / night (overlooking the grounds and parking area)
Lakeside Rooms: $260 / night (featuring scenic views of Lake Geneva)

Premium Lakeside:  $290 / night (unobstructed lake view.

How Booking Works: Group Promo Code: Once our contract is finalized, everyone will receive a dedicated Coachmen code to use when booking online or by phone.

Zero Down Payment: No deposit is required upfront to lock in your spot!

45-Day Cutoff: Full payment is due at least 45 days prior to arrival. Any unreserved rooms in our block will be released to the general public at that 45-day mark, so plan to book early.

Next Steps & RSVP: Space in our group block is limited! Please reply to me as soon as possible with your room preference (Parkview or Lakeside, and King or 2 Queens).

I'll track all responses and share confirmed reservations in our upcoming weekly releases.
