​Check your mail before it reaches your mailbox. 

WHAT? 
​That's right!  Most times you are getting flyers and junk mail you really don't need.  Let it sit in the box until something worth the effort comes along.  Like your lottery winning check.  You can also check that your mailman is actually delivering the mail coming to you.  Can't be too careful! 

I WALKED ALL THE WAY OUT HERE TO PICK UP CRAP AGAIN. I'M STILL LOOKING FOR IMPORTANT TAX DOCS!

Informed Delivery: See Your Mail Before It Arrives  ​Sign Up Online: ​ Go to the website informeddelivery.usps.com ​and create a free account. You'll need your address and email. Check Your Email: Every morning, you'll get an email with pictures of the letters that will be in your mailbox that day. No More Surprises: Now you'll know what's coming and if anything is missing! ​ ​It's like a sneak peek of your mailbox before you even open it!

What have I learned? 
Two things.
1 - I'm making fewer trips to the mailbox
2 - I think I need a bigger mailbox

Good Morning Everyone! LINENKUGEL'S BREWERY IN CHIPPEWA FALLS WISCONSIN.

Linenkugel's is trading the quiet charm of Chippewa Falls for the bustling streets of Milwaukee Friday, Jan 18. While some might wonder if they're simply chasing after a trendier zip code, we suspect they're seeking inspiration amidst the city's vibrant energy.

​​Perhaps a new, experimental brew infused with the essence of Milwaukee's finest cheese curds is on the horizon? Of course, the real question on everyone's mind is whether this move will translate to more affordable Linenkugel's for Milwaukeeans. After all, wouldn't it be lovely to save a few pennies per pint and invest those savings in, say, a slightly larger pretzel? Only time will tell, but we remain optimistic. 
On the other hand we might just ask Bob Warrens

So, for those of you experiencing a temporary cash flow problem (or who just spent all your money on avocado toast 🥑), we offer a "hardship" program. Just send us a one-paragraph sob story detailing your financial woes. We'll then post it for the entire club to judge, American Idol-style. 🎤 Think of it as performance art with a potential financial reward! And if your dramatic performance doesn't quite make the cut? No worries! You can always take advantage of our super convenient club loan program. Borrow  $75.00 to cover your dues, and just try not to think about the measly $10 set-up fee or the slightly-higher-than-average 70% annual interest. It's a small price to pay for membership, right? 😉 As always, we appreciate your understanding (and your willingness to potentially humiliate yourself for a discount). Good Morning Everyone!

Ah, 2025! The year my robot overlords promised me a life of leisure and endless cat videos. Instead, I'm still stuck writing checks (like some kind of caveman) and trying to remember what year it is.

Seriously, I just mastered "2024" and now they expect me to switch it up? It's like they want me to commit check fraud! And let's be honest, the whole check-writing thing is a moot point anyway. My bank account is drier than a New Year's resolution on January 2nd. I'm pretty sure my last check bounced so hard it achieved orbit. Maybe this year they'll finally invent that self-filling, time-traveling checkbook. Or maybe I'll just win the lottery.
