Bad, Bad Leroy Brown
" is a song written by American folk rock singer Jim Croce. Released as part of his 1973 album Life and Times,  the song was a Number One pop hit for him, spending two weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100  in July 1973.  Billboard ranked it as the No. 2 song for 1973.

1981
"
I Love a Rainy Night
" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Eddie Rabbitt.  It was released in November 1980 as the second single from his album "Horizon".  It reached number one on the Hot Country Singles, and Adult Contemporary Singles chart in 1981. The song succeeded Dolly Parton's song "9 to 5"  at the number 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart - the last time, to date, that the pop chart featured back-to-back country singles in the number one position. It was written by Rabbitt, Even Stevens and David Malloy.

Alone Again (Naturally)" is a song by Irish singer-songwriter Gilbert O'Sullivan. It was released in 1972 and in total,  spent six weeks, non-consecutively, at #1 position on the United States Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.  Billboard ranked it as the No. 2 song for 1972.  In Casey Kasem's American Top 40 of the 1970's, "Alone Again (Naturally)" ranked as the fifth most-popular song of the decade.   "Alone Again (Naturally)" also spent six weeks at number one on the Easy Listening chart.   The track reached #3 in the UK Singles Chart.  
1982
"
Rosanna
" is a million-selling Gold-certified hit single, written by David Paich and performed by the American rock band Toto, the opening track and the first single from their 1982 album "Toto IV".  This song won the Record of the Year Grammy Award in 1983 presentations.  Rosanna was also nominated for the Song of the Year award. In musician circles, the song is known for its highly influential namesake half-time shuffle, as well as the ending guitar solo played by guitarist Steve Lukather.
