Our Journey Begins
📍 11:00 AM: Kick-Off Rally at The Courthouse PUB
Our adventure starts with a pre-departure lunch. We'll review our itinerary and get hyped for the journey ahead!
All Aboard the S.S. Badger!
⏰ 1:00 PM: Boarding Time The historic S.S. Badger awaits!
Seamless Boarding:
Just give your name and luggage to the crew at the dock. They'll handle the rest, and your bags will be waiting for you in Ludington.
Easy Parking:
Convenient street parking is available on South Lakeview Drive. We also have access to the Badger's private, gated lot if needed.

Time Zone Shift:
Remember to set your watches forward one hour as we enter the Eastern Time Zone.
Pack a Jacket:
No matter how warm it is in Manitowoc, it will be cool on the open water.

Itinerary Overview
Wednesday, August 13th: Travel and Welcome
* 1:00 PM (CT): Boarding begins
* 2:00 PM (CT): Depart from Manitowoc, WI aboard the SS Badger.
* 7:00 PM (ET): Arrive in Ludington, MI.
* Transportation: A car service from Elite Transport will pick us up at the Ludington Harbor.
* 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Join us for a Welcome Reception at The Ludington House.
Thursday, August 14th: Exploring Ludington
* 9:00 AM: Enjoy a multi-course gourmet breakfast at The Ludington House.
* 10:30 AM: Take a scenic car tour of Ludington State Park.
* 12:30 PM: You'll be dropped off at Stearns Beach and the North Breakwater to explore.
* 1:00 PM: Lunch is proposed at Jamesport Brewery in downtown Ludington. This is about a one-mile stroll from Stearns Beach. (Optional - skip the walk and be dropped off at the Jamesport Brewery early)
* Afternoon: Feel free to explore the shops and attractions of downtown Ludington at your own pace. You can easily walk back to The Ludington House or take a local taxi.
* 6:00 PM: Relax with a pizza party at The Ludington House.
* 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Experience live music at Legacy Plaza in downtown Ludington. Or go for a walk on the beach (within walking distance from the Ludington House).
* 8:50 PM: Don't miss the beautiful sunset! While sitting near the fire pit at the Ludington House.
Friday, August 15th: Departure
* 7:15 AM: A final multi-course gourmet breakfast will be served at The Cartier Mansion. (directly across the street from the Ludington House)
* 8:15 AM: Our Lemo service will take us to the Ludington Harbor in time to board the SS Badger.
* 9:00 AM (ET): Depart from Ludington, MI on the SS Badger.
* Noon (CT): Arrive back in Manitowoc, WI.

High-speed cloud Internet is available throughout the entire campus, and passwords are prominently displayed in every room and around the buildings. Additionally, on the morning of your trip, I will send our guest guide to everyone via text, containing detailed arrival instructions for the room.
Thursday Breakfast 9:00 AM
For dining, we’re going to set up a large table to supplement the five smaller tables, so everyone has a “real” place to sit. As we previously discussed, there are also many soft-seating options available. There is no single table that can accommodate 16 people, to be clear.
Thursday Pizza Party 6:00 PM
We’ll set up food platters (Wed) and pizza (Thu) in the kitchen, so there will be plenty of space for people to socialize and enjoy the dining area.
Friday Breakfast 7:15 AM
For Friday, we’d like to have breakfast at Cartier Mansion at 7:15 a.m. so everyone has a chance to see that historic space, and the extra 15 minutes will offer a buffer for “heading out” time. We’ll have the meals out quickly, no worries there, just being practical about 14 people dining at the same time.
Before you arrive at the Cartier for breakfast, please leave your luggage at the house where you're staying. Your bags will be picked up from there.
